the bed was ridiculously hard, leaving me with back pain—how lovely! also, despite asking for assistance, I wandered alone like a lost puppy trying to locate the gym and pool. after all this, no complimentary gesture? shame on you. I had almost considered leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t!

The Wi-Fi connection needs improvement!!! The gym and pool location could be better marked for easy access. Having housekeeping enter the room before checkout feels invasive. guests deserve to have their privacy respected!!!

Our romantic weekend at towneplace suites was a delight! Especially megan, went above and beyond The clean and organized room with the full kitchen was an excellent touch for our getaway.

The bed was hard to sleep on.
